here see the cake and the pictures





during the one week March Holidays, my family took a 3 day short trip to Malacca for a short break and celebrate Joseph's birthday - 16 March 1966...






we went with my colleague cum good friend, Jasmine and her kids... we had a good drive from Singapore to Malacca, from about 9am and reached Malacca at about 12noon...

we head straight for Makota...the children and Joe went bowling and the video archade and then watch a movie while i went for my hair spa and Jasmine and her daughter went shopping...

then we went for dinner... our favourite coffee shop to have noodle soup, oyster, popiah, char kway teow, etc etc etc...we had so much to eat till we were so full...

then we went back to the condo to sleep for the night...Jasmine and I had a good chat about 3am...

the next morning, the children went swimming and i slept till about ten...hehehe...then we changed and went shopping, lunch again...

this time, we surrendered about 5plus...headed back to the condo and rested... we cooked spaghetti for the children and went out for shopping at 8plus as the two pairs of jeans i bought for joan were too small for her...sigh...after changing, on the way back, we bought a cake to celebrate my hubby birthday...but everyone were so tired that we decided to celebrate on the actual morning on the 16 Mar...so you saw the pictures???

today my precious joan took her first ballet exams...i am so happy...I really thank God for giving me a daughter...she is a gem and really like me when i was young...tom boy, active, love to play and go out...wow! so wonderful to have a daughter like you, joan...of course i love my two boys, Josh and Sean too lah!

Hi, friends,
this evening as i sat in my living room with my family and looking at our family corner, i decided to capture the picture collages i did and post it here...
as i look back, I met Joe in 1983...our courtship lasted for about 6 over years before we decided to get engaged in 1988 and then got married in 1989, 17th September.
then the kids - Josh, Sean and Joan came along...
the love, laughter, sadness, pain that we go through in life and now we are at where we are...these experiences teach me to treasure what we have...what God has blessed us with... and most of all - to Thank our Heavenly Father for always being there for us!
I want to thank God that I am alive!
Take time to enjoy your loved ones and share precious moments with them...

Today Joe and myself attended a bible course to learn more about God and to help us grow spiritually.

The lecturer told us that from the olden days, God also told Moses to write down his experiences so that the world will know what Moses went through in those days. This is known as journaling and nowadays, a lot of people do these through blogging.

Then my ex-colleague, Miao, shared about one of our good friend, Chai, who has migrated to Melbourne with her family. She also has a blog.

This makes me feel so excited so I decided that I should start a blog of my family too. Then when others need to know about me and my family, they can visit our blog and know about our happenings too.
